I had some negatives, metal slides, and old 8 millimeter film that I found in my attic while I was clearing some space in house. I was pleased with the results but mostly of how personal this business is. Before I even sent in my items to get digitized, I talked to one of their staff that was super friendly and was well informed of the process that my family memories would go through. Which reassured me that I was in good hands.When it was time for me to send in my items, their staff greeted me at my door, took my items, and within a day or two, the same staff person drop my memories at my door.The service was quick, effortless on my part, but best of all, I did not pay shipping.Really recommend to people who are local and want to help small businesses. The staff of this company was the thing that stood out the most to me.
