Appliance Repair or Maintenance

We have had an issue with our built in wall oven since November right before the holidays and it has been out of commission till this day. We had gone to Bestbuy (where we purchased the unit from) and even the manufacturer (Samsung) to fix the CA-2 error code. Best Buy wanted nothing to do with us since the unit was purchased back in 2017 and Samsung wouldn’t touch the unit unless somebody uninstalled the unit for them to fix since Best Buy installed it incorrectly. Israel, one of the techs, came and fixed this so called “difficult issue” in less then 3 hours!! KPS Appliance Repairs will definitely be getting my business for ANY future appliance repairs. Very professional, quick, and super affordable. And the new part comes with a one year warranty as well. Now we won’t have to order take out for Thanksgiving and Christmas this year:) thank you to Israel and the rest of the KPS Appliance Repair teammates for giving such great customer service.

I initially called about our refrigerator's ice maker not producing any ice. Israel did his analysis and the problem was a faulty ice pump. A replacement part was ordered. The next day, the refrigerator and the bottom freezer were not cooling. I made a call to Kristian and he immediately dispatch Israel to come out. It was determined that the part that starts the compressor was also defected. Israel came back again and replaced the 2 parts, however, the compressor was not staying on and that part also was defected. The refrigerator is 16 years old and rather than fix it, we decided we would buy a new one. Even though the refrigerator was not fixed, I am very satisfied that KPS made every effort to get the refrigerator working and was very, very responsive when I called. Israel removed the 2 parts and Kristian gave us a fair price just for the time and effort that Israel worked on our refrigerator. I would highly recommend KPS Appliance for your appliance repairs!

Appliance Installation

We reached out to Kristian to replace our cooktop from gas to Induction that we just bought. Kristian was able to quote us a very reasonable price, he was on time and professional and we will use him again in the future when we need to replace our built in oven and other appliances.

    Our pricing are very fair and honest. We honor seniors, police officers, fire fighters, military personnel, veterans and new customers with a 10% of authorized repairs.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I focus the customer service request, contact customer to acquire more info to provide the best solutions and execute with excellent service.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Education college. I have thousands of hours in training over the last 15 years. From online factory certified webinars, online appliance academy, to hands on training at conventions, ect. I attend up to 10 training sessions annually.
