Introduction: I am an experienced Architectural Designer and 3D Rendering Artist with 10 years of experience in the industry. I received my Associates degree from College of the Canyons with honors recognition in 2016 and have had the opportunity to work with multiple firms throughout my career. My most recent experience has been working for myself, providing 3D rendering and design services for clients all over Los Angeles. I am passionate about my craft, and with my expertise in CAD drafting, Rhino 3D modeling, and rendering, I am confident I can bring value to any company or client's needs. I have a strong understanding of the design process, from the initial design concept to the concept's construction. I have worked on projects of various sizes and am well-versed in the requirements of any project type. From residential construction to commercial construction. As well, as union and non-union set construction and including product design. I have experience in a wide variety of project types and have successfully coordinated with various contractors and subcontractors to complete projects on time and within budget. If you are looking to remodel your home but are not able to access the original plans for your house and need something to give to your contractor or simply for yourself to get a better scope of your personal project I will show up at your home or project site and accurately document necessary dimensions and design information to produce professional 'As-Built' drawings for a licensed Architect to work off. I am also a finish carpenter and skilled tradesman with over ten years of working in construction doing various project types ranging from residential, and commercial, to union, and non-union set construction as well as, product design and fabrication. Carpentry rough and finish (Structural Framing, Cabinetry Building & Restoration, Furniture building, Feature installation for example new Island in Kitchen, etc.) minor Electrical installations (Fans, Switches, Outlets, Recessed Lighting, etc.) minor Plumbing installations (Toilets, Sinks, Irrigation Drains, etc.), FF&E installations (Fixed seating, Fixed features, Fixed equipment, etc.) Flooring installations (Carpet, Laminate, Vinyl, Hardwood, Tile, Travertine, etc.) Sash and Door installations (Door frames, Windows, Sliding Glass doors, Doggy doors, All Casing & Molding, etc.) Drywall, Painting, Fence installations, Popcorn Ceiling Removal, etc. etc. ask me I've probably done it.
