We have worked with Herzog Bar and Craft many times. Brenden is a life saver. When he arrived at my house the last time we hired him, he was a tad early, had supplies in hand and got to work. He brought ice, garlic, bar tools and other things I had forgotten about in his "toolkit." He has an organization map in his mind. Not only does he get all the platters ready, but he also helps me with the layout and flow of the party by placing the bar and snacks in the best places. He also knows exactly what needs to be done, and does it. We have also hired a few assistants that he chose for our parties, they have all been excellent. They cleaned everything up, loaded the fridge with leftovers, ran the dishwasher and left a minimal amount of work for me for the next day. Brenden is friendly and professional as well, he remembers my guests and greets them warmly. Brenden serves coffee to those who need it after dinner, without me even asking him to do so. Also, he makes the best turkey gravy! He starts simmering the gravy as soon as he comes into my house. Don't hesitate, hire him. Worth every penny.

We first hired Brendan for Thanksgiving at our house about 4 years ago and have hired him for every event since then. My sister in law also hires him for everything. He is absolutely incredible at bartending, cooking and general party help. He knows what each guest needs and keeps an eye out at all times to make sure everyone is happy. I can’t wait to have him back for my 45th birthday party and Memorial Day party both in 2019. The minute he arrives he puts me at ease!

Brenden was an absolute life saver and made the party!! Not only were the drinks fabulous, he went above and beyond helping with any issues that came up during our party (lighting, heat lamps, etc). He kept the bar moving and was engaged with everyone. I was blown away and highly recommend Brenden!!

Stand up guy. He turned up as arranged and was super methodical and professional setting up. Everything about his operation was very slick. He worked with us on cocktail ideas and it turned out great on the day. I was able to spend my birthday enjoying my party knowing that he had everything taken care of. Nice guy and was alway keeping busy helping out with things. Many of my guests commented how great he was. Very pleased with how it all went and would certainly use him again and recommend my friends to do so.

$200 for the first 4 hrs then it’s $40 per hour (Holiday rate is a different pay)
