Les was the first person to answer my call for help. He was VERY thorough in analyzing my problem. He researched my motherboard and Video card to conclude they were not compatible, by calling the manufacturer directly. He solved my problem and saved me $900. I am EXTREMELY pleased with his professionalism and his expertise. I WILL hire Les again, should my Home computer have issues! Thank you, Les!

I'd like to check all five boxes if allowed. My computer crashed late on a Sunday night. Wes responded to my reach-out on Thumbtack at 4:19AM. He came into what seemed to be an unfixable disaster, thoroughly diagnosed the issue, and was able to save a computer that essentially had my life's work on it. There's no price on that. He was calm, thought both inside and outside the box -- literally and figuratively. I couldn't be more pleased and would highly recommend him to anyone with computer issues larger or small. I certainly will be using him again -- although hopefully not soon.
