I provide instruction in preparing quick, tasty and healthful meals in your own kitchen. We use your utensils and cookware, providing a good feel for reproducing the recipe on your own.
I also include knife skills, shopping tips and "leave behinds" like plastic recipe cards and a spice or herb list with typical uses.
