- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically start with a phone consultation and if a face-to-face meeting is required to discuss individual preferences and goals, then I schedule a meeting. From that meeting I can gather information about goals, medical considerations, and preferences of the individual.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have multiple certifications in nutrition and fitness. I also stay current on the latest health and wellness journals.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been into fitness, food and healthy lifestyle building since I was a teenager!
