I cant say enough good things about Jordan Taylor and his team.I was hit by a car as a pedestrian, and my case initially started with another firm that was honestly a nightmare. I had gotten into a motorcycle accident with the person doing a hit and run. I immediately called for a lawyer as soon as i got to the hospital. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For personal injury matters fees start at 25% before a lawsuit is filed, then rise to 35% after a lawsuit is filed, then 40% if we go to trial. Our net recovery guarantee ensures fees never exceed the client's net recovery (after costs, fees and medical expenses are deducted).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
