I cant say enough good things about Jordan Taylor and his team.I was hit by a car as a pedestrian, and my case initially started with another firm that was honestly a nightmare. I had gotten into a motorcycle accident with the person doing a hit and run. I immediately called for a lawyer as soon as i got to the hospital. Jordan was was amazing with describing what actions to take and what would be in my best interest. Throughout the case, I would have questions for him and he was always quick to respond. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For personal injury matters fees start at 25% before a lawsuit is filed, then rise to 35% after a lawsuit is filed, then 40% if we go to trial. Our net recovery guarantee ensures fees never exceed the client's net recovery (after costs, fees and medical expenses are deducted).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
