I was very happy with the pendant Sona made from a piece of meteorite I had. I would be happy to do business with them again!

My fiancé is in love with her ring! I would give this a million stars if I could! The diamonds sparkle something fierce, and the make is flawless. If you look for quality, price and good honest jeweler, look no further!

Initially the communication was great until I sent her novelty ring I wanted to be made of real gold. Than on several occasions it would take days to get a response for a status update. For what was quoted to be delivered in 2 weeks, turned out to take 3 months! The results were great, but the expectations set were not met and I didn't receive my ring until I threatened to dispute my deposit and report her to Thumbtack.

Sona Rafayel's reply

Thank you, Roberto! Sorry, the process from receiving the ring we needed to imitate to delivery took longer than anticipated, a bit less than 1.5 month (8/31 - 10/12), but we are glad you find that the results turn out great and happy the ring has reached you on time for your daughter's birthday. Unfortunately we are not taking orders on Thumbtack any longer but you can reach us directly on our website www.sarriel.com, we will be happy to make up to you for the time:)
