Initially the communication was great until I sent her novelty ring I wanted to be made of real gold. Than on several occasions it would take days to get a response for a status update. For what was quoted to be delivered in 2 weeks, turned out to take 3 months! The results were great, but the expectations set were not met and I didn't receive my ring until I threatened to dispute my deposit and report her to Thumbtack.

Sorry, the process from receiving the ring we needed to imitate to delivery took longer than anticipated, a bit less than 1.5 month (8/31 - 10/12), but we are glad you find that the results turn out great and happy the ring has reached you on time for your daughter's birthday.
