My pricing is always transparent and fair. There are no hidden fees. The cost depends on the scope and complexity of the job, and I always explain everything upfront so customers know exactly what they’re paying for. Discounts are available for larger or repeat projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically start by clarifying the details of the project and the customer’s expectations. Then I suggest the best solution, confirm the price and schedule the work. On the service day, I arrive on time, complete the job carefully, and follow all agreed-upon details. After finishing, I review the results with the customer to make sure everything is done exactly the way they want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed specialized handyman training that covered tool handling, installations, repairs, basic electrical work, and proper customer service standards. I also continue expanding my skills by learning modern repair and installation techniques to ensure every job is done safely, neatly, and professionally.
