- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I send my quotations to the client in my welcome letter or discuss a fixed price for the type of work. I also negotiate discounts when necessary to accommodate the client’s budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new client starts with discussing their needs and inspecting the site. I then provide an estimate and agree on deadlines. After completing the work, I review the results with the client to ensure everything meets their expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My preparation for working as a handyman came through practical experience and previous jobs that were indirectly related to this field. I’ve always handled repairs and home tasks, which helped me develop the necessary skills.
