Outdoor Plug stopped working due to wire failure. While several contractors quickly offered to run a new power line from the circuit breaker making this a costly repair, Alex has offered different alternatives that would be less complicated and cost effective.
At the end, he went the extra mile to dig and find the exact spot my wires were damaged and completed the job.
I was again convinced that while there are many contractors who know how to do the job, very few are willing to go the extra mile to be on my shoes and try offering me solutions that are cost effective. Thank you for the great service.
