Great experience! Installed several strings of cafe lights that I had already purchased - they used cables to string the lights from my home and into our backyard trees, completing the entire job within an afternoon. Unfortunately, we had squirrels eat through one of our string light cables within a day, but Sleigh My Lights were kind enough to come back and install a new strand a few days later and installed some squirrel deterrent materials I had purchased as well at no charge.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will schedule a phone call or, preferably, an in-person consultation to discuss your vision for the holiday decorations.
During the consultation, we’ll walk through your property (or review photos if virtual) to discuss potential areas for lighting - roof, trees, pathways, and more.
Once we finalize the design, I’ll provide a detailed estimate for labor involved. We’ll go over the installation timeline to ensure it fits your schedule.
After installation, I’ll do a walkthrough with you to ensure everything meets your expectations.
If you’d like, I can also handle the takedown after the holidays.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive experience working on roofs from over 10 years of installing Christmas lights and holiday decorations. My hands-on knowledge includes safely navigating different types of roof surfaces and ensuring secure, damage-free installations.
