I was completely amazed by the really clean flat that I returned to after Monica finished. She is a very hard worker, and thorough. That she brings all her own cleaning products—including microfiber dust cloths—is a huge advantage. I have both wood floors and carpets; I have 4 large shelves of books and 12 cubbies with books and collections. They were ALL dusted to perfection. She was prompt and kind and professional. That the prices I offer for my cleaning service are closely linked to the excellent quality of the service and the good cleaning products that I use.
The price is also reasonable for the average service time provided for each service, all depending on the needs and requirements of the client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask brief questions to determine the client’s objective and what they are looking to accomplish with the service requirement. I coordinate better schedules according to the project and provide possible dates on the calendar for future cleaning appointments when they are looking for periodic cleanings.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many years of experience and training for cleaning large spaces in effective times.
