What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will not charge you more that the California regulated charge per signature which is $15 for a simple notarization. If we are notarization multiple documents with multiple signatures I will work with you for the grouped signings. Travel fee is seperate which is based of distance and time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Rather you are a new or a repeat customer I will always provide you with professional, confidential service in the environment that is best for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a Notary Public since 2006. In addition, I have been a Certified Signing Agent for 8 years. I am a member of the National Notary Association and a constant student to make sure that I am up to date with CA Notarial Laws.
