Oh my Gosh! I have had a trainer before at Carbon fitness and he was ok. I absolutely love Training with Coach Mervin. He listens He is Pateient He is knowledgeable and not over priced like some of these trainers in SCV.

I’ve been working with Mervin for almost two months and give him my highest recommendation. He’s absolutely reliable and tailors his approach perfectly to meet my goals. I hadn’t worked out in years and was nervous about giving up quickly. Mervin pays close attention to my motivation triggers and works at a perfect pace for my style. Mervin has been incredible with my training experience. I’ve had trainers before but have never felt so comfortable till now. Not only do I feel better but I feel a lot more confident not only with myself but also at the gym. He is very realistic with expectations and sets a plan to achieve your goals. Always on time, and always with a positive attitude. Im very glad that I found him. He has made a very positive impact in my life.

Mervin is amazing. We’ve been working with him for months and our strength, fitness and appearance has improved so much! He’s so fun and funny and makes hard workouts not suck. He has both come to our home and we have gone to his home gym (which is really beautiful and has everything you could want!) It’s never the same workouts, he has great modifications when we have had minor injuries to work around and he’s been flexible and accommodating when we need to reschedule for illness or vacations. We really look forward to our workouts with him and I can’t recommend him enough!
