I have been working out with Mervin for several months and he has helped me lose 40 pounds and we are still making progress on my goal.
He has been able to work with me on the training schedule because I don’t work normal hours every week and he is flexible with the different days we train together

I’m really happy with my training. I’d been in a plateau for months before meeting Mervin. Now I’m back in the game. He always challenges me and minds my limitations (arthritis) and helps me too with my nutrition plan, he’s a really great trainer, respectful, always on time, he makes you feel like family. I completely recommend him.

Mervin is a very qualified and professional personaltrainer. I have been working with him for over three months and have noticed such a big change in myself. I have a lot of health issues and he is very accommodating with it. He is amazing and very pleasant to work with.
