Mervin is a very qualified and professional personal trainer. I have been working with him for over three months and have noticed such a big change in myself. I have a lot of health issues and he is very accommodating with it. He is amazing and very pleasant to work with.

Oh my Gosh! I have had a trainer before at Carbon fitness and he was ok. I absolutely love Training with Coach Mervin. He listens He is Pateient He is knowledgeable and not over priced like some of these trainers in SCV.

Mervin is amazing! He is a great trainer, I have loads of trauma and injuries, and Mervin was great, and worked with all of my physical and psychological limitations. I would work with him anytime.
