What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Realtors do not get paid salary or an hourly wage. We are paid when our client(s) close escrow *Regardless of who we represent (buyer or seller) we are paid from the proceeds of the sale---by the SELLER of the property. Buyers NEVER pay Realtor Commissions.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was an office manager in the corporate office of a new home builder. I enjoy meeting new people and appreciate the ever changing aspect of the Real Estate industry.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I helped my clients (buyers) successfully close escrow on a home they fell in love with, which was a short sale with two (2) lien holders---when you include the original seller that's three (3) MAJOR hurdles. They were very pleased with my dedication to see things through no matter how difficult it was at times.
