We recently had some water damage in our home and our plumber referred us to Sebastian! We were originally going with another company but once we met Sebastian, we knew we wanted him to help us during this stressful process! My insurance company was giving us such a HARD time during this process and made it difficult to begin any work! It took over a month and half to finally get the verbal okay to begin any work! During this time, Sebastian helped me deal with the insurance and was incredibly PATIENT! Sebastian, Antonio, Isaiah and Pablo all did an amazing job! We are so incredibly impressed with their professionalism and quality of work throughout the entire process. Sebastian and Antonio were very communicative, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns we had. They offered SO much help during the entire process! I had to move to a rental and Antonio and Isaiah brought me everything I needed to pack my things. Antonio also made sure my packages that were delivered were placed inside my house. :) I cant thank them enough. I HIGHLY recommend Sebastian, Antonio and everyone at Rainy Day Environmental Solutions! You guys are truly the best! Thank you again for all of your kindness and professionalism throughout this process.
