- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Water filtration systems are priced based on the individuals home size and water quality. Not every job is the same.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers reach out by phone or email at which point we can speak about systems and client goals. Consultations can then be booked. We will also test you water for your education on the local water supply. Next is a written quote with no pressure. No commissioned sales reps here. No long in home presentations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed by the State of California C-55 for water conditioning.
