This had to be the best carpet and rug cleaning experience I've ever had. And I've had plenty. I was impressed with the fortunate timing as I needed it completed right away. I don't recall when my carpet and rugs looked better. I'm ready to book the holidays!

I have a Murphy bed cabinet that was initially installed over carpet. I had the carpet removed and reinstalled so that the carpet and tack strip butt right up to to cabinetry and the bed is now sitting on the concrete floor. I was acting finish carpenter/cabinet installer on the job. I wasn't ready to have all the work done at once so Ken came out and did half the work and then came back a few weeks later when I had the bed standing up and reattached to the wall. That really helped me not stress out because my part of the work took time. He gave me a reasonable price and the quality of his work was spot on - thanks Ken!

Ken was very flexible and helpful. Our chairs and carpets were quite a mess, and his efforts helped liven them up quite a bit.
