- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price is set per initial session and discounts are available for additional follow up sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial session is 90 minutes which will involve discussing the issues and will start the training process. Typically a follow up will be recommended and additional, depending on the severity of the situation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned an Associate's in Veterinary Technology with a focus on behavior in 2012. Prior to college, I began working with shelter animals, helping to train and socialize to help them get adopted. Following college, I was benefited with the opportunity to be a Behavior Consultant within a veterinary hospital.
