Tai helped with a bathroom remodel, doing tile work, some plumbing, and the finishing carpentry. He was easy to work with, and very knowledgeable, making great suggestions to help the job get done right.

I had a great experience, I hired him to drill handles into cabinets and needed the job completed in a short amount of time. Tai completed the job, was on time and exceeded the expectations in that he was able to correct some hinge problems along with the job. I highly recommend him.

First of all, this was my first project via Thumbtack and based on my experience with Tai, I would come back to this website. Tai worked on replacing my old casing and installing a new, more decorative one around all my doors. I work during the week and was not able to take the days off when he would be doing the work at my home. He went out of his way to accommodate my schedule and worked on Sat, Sun so he could get it done on time for the company that was going to do the door measurements. He communicated directly with the company that is installing my doors and figured out the parts they were not going to do. He came over and measured the space around each door and helped me pick the right width of the casing. We had to pick a different one for one of my doors. He explained the work in detail (where the baseboard needed to be removed, and checked if I had extra material in case the old one was damaged). He bought the casing, painted it at his home, and then brought it on the day of installation. The finished work is of high quality and the installed casing looks great. He was very courteous throughout the work, and kept me informed. I would be very happy to work with him again, and based on my interactions with him, next time I would be comfortable with him working at home while I was not there.

Installation was quick and professional. Security door was installed, touch up paint added and Tai even went back to Home Depot to get an extra part requested by customer. Overall very happy with outcome of project and service provided.
