Madison is excellent to work with and knowledgeable. She helped me out formatting a research paper with all the footnotes and references which was taking me forever to complete. She worked so well in the time constraints I had and if not familiar with a particular aspect of the formatting inquired and learned rapidly and put out a quality product.
