Ed was punctual and professional the entire time. He has a busy schedule but book him in advance and you won't be disappointed. He was upfront with the pricing and didn't charge us anything additional. He explained to us what he was doing through out the process. We bought the door from a friend and he was willing install it. He is out for your interest and will find way to work around your budget. We will contact him down further projects down the road. We even inquired about the bad review he recently received and explain us the situation. Don't be discourage things happened and people have their own perspective of the situation. He explained the complexity of the covid-19 and how it altered the schedule. He's willing to make things right with the customer. Ultimately, we were still comfortable to hire him on.
