We are a privately owned and operated business, proudly run by a husband-and-wife team who treat every property as if it were our own. With 14 years in business, we’ve built our reputation on quality work, reliability, and attention to detail. Our love is natural stone. We are a licensed stone restoration company.
We specialize in floor, counter top & shower tile & glass. We start with extreme tile & grout cleaning for all natural stones, ceramic, and porcelain tile surfaces, restoring them to their best possible condition. Once your surface is all cleaned we will go over with client on different restoration & sealing options. We also offer professional grout sealing to help protect and extend the grout life.
Our favorite thing to work on is natural stone restorations. It doesn’t matter if it’s a shower, tub, or floors. After about 10 or 20 years go by, a restoration really shines and brings the value back to your property. Very gratifying for both of us.
In addition, we provide thorough move-out cleaning services for rental properties, flip homes, property management companies, and homeowners looking to leave a space spotless.

I bought my home when it was 20 years old, so I never saw the true beauty of the tile. Ken and Heidi completely changed that for me. Ken came to my house for an estimate. No taking photos to get an estimate. From the start, he was incredibly forthcoming about what was actually needed to restore my shower, bathroom vanity, and natural stone floor. American TileCleaning removed years of grime and sealed it perfectly. The tilecleaning and sealing made a huge difference and our 15 year floors look brand new again. My floor had been damaged by Make America Clean Again and American Tile Restoration came in and restored the floors back to an acceptable level. Ken was terrific and had the knowledge to restore our Super Saltillo floors and research when he was unsure. Very tricky floor to restore but he stuck with it and we are very happy with the results. Thats how professionals do it!

I never had the chance to meet Ken in person as we were moving from NV to CA while he serviced our tile floors, but even through email, Ken was very professional, kind, accommodating & knowledgeable! He knew exactly what we needed & delivered as promised! We didn't think it would be possible as the previous owners never cleaned the tile floor in 14+ years (and it showed :/), but Ken made our tile floor look brand new! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different, which means every price is different. We do charge by square footage but that price per square footage could be different depending on many factors (natural stone/ceramic tile, size of grout lines, how dirty, coated and/or wax to be removed etc.) We do have a minimum charge of $425
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client reaches out to us, our first step is to do a in home no obligation, free estimate. We do not quote over the phone. We like to give our clients the best possible price and in order to that we need to see what we are working on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
