- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to pricing we try to be as fair as possible. We would love check out your project and give you an estimate. We always apply the discounts available and often go out of our way to make sure you get 5 star service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer reaches out we like to diagnose all that we can over the phone (especially during this time). Once that is all done, we come on site to check the issue. We usually charge a $99 service charge when coming out, but this is always waived once we start the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner holds an outstanding 10+ years in the HVAC trade. We are an organized focused company that can handle jobs of any size. From small in-home jobs to large scale commercial installations, we can get it done. Pro Master HVAC is Licensed, Bonded, and holds General Liability Insurance.
