We hired Above and Beyond Builders to install turf in our dog run and the area behind our ADU, and the whole experience was easy from start to finish. The owner was responsive throughout and simple to communicate with — no chasing anyone down for answers. The price was fair right out of the gate, to the point where I never felt the need to negotiate. From my first call to a finished job was under a week, and the install itself was knocked out in a single day.
The crew was just as good. They were helpful and worked around our family's schedule and needs during the install, which we appreciated more than they probably know. The turf looks great in both areas.
We'll be using them again for future construction projects and would recommend them without hesitation.

I left a message for this company on May 13, 2026, that we needed a small area to have artificial grass installed. Joseph Gil, the owner, got back to me within an hour. I told him we wanted the installation in mid-June. He came out the next day and gave me a detailed verbal bid and the following day I received his official bid, via email. It was lower than our original conversation and lower than the 3 other bids we received. After researching Above and Beyond, I determined that Joseph was the person I wanted to do business with. He followed up a couple of times before we set a date. He came over, again, for us to choose the type of grass we wanted and he committed that the work would all be done in one day, which it was. Today, June 25th, Josephs crew showed up at 7am, much earlier than we expected them. They were done by 1pm. Not only is the new artificial grass area beautiful, but his crew was meticulous in cleaning up. We are very happy with our new lawn and will use Above and Beyonds services again, when the need arises.

Got my kitchen done last month. Honestly wasn't sure what to expect going in because I'd had a bad experience with a contractor two years ago who took my deposit and basically ghosted me after week one.
