THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! I ordered this locksmith company after getting a referral from a friend. I have a big house in Studio City with around 7 door knobs that needed to be replaced or repaired and a front door knob that the key kept getting stuck. Everyone that works at this company is friendly and kind. My kind of people! I was explained which locks could be repaired and which would need to be replaced. The technician that came to my home installed a few of the locks. I really appreciated the service. He informed me that instead of having multiple keys per lock it might be better to just have one key that would work. He said he would rekey all the locks to fit just one key. This makes my life way easier so I of course prompted for the rekey service as well. He was able to give me a great price to rekey 7 locks, repair 3 doorknobs and replace 4 locks, plus he was able to repair the front door knob/lock so I saved alot of money not replacing it.

Nicest gentleman came to help me open my storage locker! Super fast!!! I maybe waited 15 minutes? The man got right to work. He was a pro! He knew exactly how to manage getting my lock open. If anyone needs a locksmith this is the company to call! Fast pros doing the best job ever. I know who I am going to call if I ever have a problem.

Super happy with the job! Had them come in to do a brand new install for an electronic keypad/key lock. Wanted to have an extra layer of security in my new home. The technician was friendly, on time (in fact he was available within 20 min. which was really cool) and of course he was a professional with years of experience he knew exactly what he was doing and didnt waste any time; will definitely use them again!

SoCal is known for great weather but we so get some really cold nights. What's worst than a cold night in SoCal? A SoCal cold night while you're locked out of your home. I can blame my dog for it since he really instead on going for a walk but at the end, it was my fault that I forgot my keys. Luckily, I had my phone with me so I was able to call for help. These guys showed up in no time, opened my door for me (without damaging the door itself and/or the frame) and ... even showed sympathy to my situation since I felt completely idiotic for locking myself out. The icing on the cake, was the fact that the technician played with my dog and .. my dog liked him. That alone says alot since my pup does not like most people...

Once we arrive our experienced technician will evaluate the problem that needs to be fixed and give you his best opinion on how to solve it, he will then give you a quote before starting the job. Our technician will provide you with the highest quality service and make sure you are always satisfied.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we are working with a new customer we like to provide them with all the information they need and let them know exactly what needs to be done to fix the issue at hand. Once our technician is at the site he will explain everything and let the client know exactly how much the project will cost before starting the job. Once the job is complete the technician will show the customer what he did and have them check it to make sure they are satisfied with the job before he leaves to his next customer.
