About

As a self taught photographer and having over 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry, I bring a fresh, innovative , global, fun and very personal touch to my photo sessions. I believe in getting to know my clients by talking with them extensively either in person , via phone or Skype to get an understanding of their personality. I am then able to create great, effective and a "personality enthused" product for my client. I travel a lot for my career as a professional singer/dancer and photographer so when I return home to Philadelphia I am afforded with great new ideas and energy from my world travels. I love meeting new people and bringing out the best and most natural elements for their personalities. It is always rewarding and satisfying to see the reaction of my clients when they see the final product and the special moments I am able to capture even when they didn't know I was clicking my camera's shutter. ;-)

Gene is a true professional. He's great technically with the camera and computer, but his real gift is in his style. He can make even the most rigid person (me) feel comfortable in the process of a photo session. Gene is a solid pick for anyone wanting any type of photos done!!

I needed a corporate head shot for several career websites but my experience in front of a camera had always been a bit tortured. I started out a little stiff but Gene put me at ease and within the first few minutes of our session I began to relax. Needless to say, I was pleased with the final result. Gene was fun, patient and supportive. He will be my go-to guy for all future photos.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing includes un-limited time and out fit changes. Each new client has a specific budget, etc and I believe in catering to my clients needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with new customers via phone , Skype or FaceTime to get a sense of their personality so that I can begin to create ideas for the photo shoot.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self taught photographer and photo editor. I have over 20 years of stage experience as an entertainer. I believe this experience from traveling over the globe and meeting people from all walks of life has helped bring out my "natural" talent for being a photographer.
