Introduction
I've been in the business of self defense training for five years.
My teaching style is heavily influenced by the techniques of Krav Maga. I've been a student of Krav Maga for over ten years and am certified in self defense instruction. I specialize in training people from all walks of life on how to defend themselves from opponents of all sizes in mid to close range attacks. Training with me will teach you how to build better awareness, strengthen your endurance, how to keep your composure in a fight and overall how to use your body as a weapon quickly and effectively. Through this training, you will gain the self-confidence and assurance that no matter what happens, you can count on these skills to get you home safe.

Brie is an outstanding trainer. Brie makes the hard work fun and brings everything you need. Brie has an infectious positive attitude and is just an awesome human being. I was so HAPPILY surprised at how quickly Brie was able to start teaching self-defense tactics and moves. What I accomplished Day 1 was what I thought it would take 3+ sessions to learn. She's a great teacher, and I really appreciate her patience and realness. I feel comfortable and excited during training, and I feel AMAZING after each session!

Brie is the human Wonder Woman. Seriously she belongs in the MCU. In the one year I’ve been training with Brie I have never looked or felt stronger. And I was NOT an athlete growing up. I was a gangly, awkward band kid. But one year with Brie has made a huge difference in my physical strength to where my family and friends have noticed how much stronger I look. Not to mention it has done wonders for my mental health and overall confidence. The one on one training is such a good asset, especially for girls and young women. So get with Brie if you wanna get stronger and learn some ways on how to defend yourself. (Also if you train at her house she has the most adorable, lovable, angelic Boxer dog named Reyna who sits on the couch and watches you train. The best mascot ever.)

The Force is strong in Master Brie, constantly teaching my Padawan the skills he will need to become a great Jedi. Younglings are a fickle group, not yet strong enough in coordination and temperament, with ambition to spare, but master Brie knows that a couple of days in the Bacta, and all Padawans will be strong enough to pull the ears of a Gundark. Master Brie stays away from the teachings of the Dark Side, and only uses the Light Side of the Force for her lessons. I would recommend Master Brie to the entire Galaxy, just don’t let the Empire know.
