- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the project scope, complexity, and available existing drawings. We provide a clear scope and fee before beginning work. Smaller residential remodels and structural modifications can often be handled on a fixed-fee basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by reviewing the project scope, existing plans (if available), photos, and the proposed changes. We then determine what drawings, calculations, and engineering services are required. Structural engineering work is reviewed and approved by our California-licensed Professional Engineer/EOR.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team consists of licensed Professional Engineers, Engineers-in-Training (EITs), and experienced drafters. We bring together structural engineering knowledge and practical drafting experience to support residential projects from design through construction documentation. Engineering services are performed under the responsible charge of a licensed Professional Engineer.
