I don’t feel their pricing is honest. They quote high, then you need to beg them to be realistic. Quoted $380 to trouble shoot a water heater. Brought the price down to $250. Once the tech tried filling it, he noticed the tank was cracked. An honest company would have discounted their rate because no diagnostic was required. Then quoted me almost double what I’m paying to have the tank replaced.

Patrick was wonderful. He came by late one day and repaired a leak but said he wanted to check things out further. He came back the next day and further inspected the toilet and reseated it and reinstalled it. Quick and clean. Highly recommended!

Yesterday 04/14/2021 I had overland plumbing out to fix my kitchen faucet PATRICK arrived on time and wearing his mask checked out the problem I had a 28 year old Grohe faucet it needed to be replaced Patrick said he would go out and pick one up he asked me what type and color and style and he would be back to install it. What a AWESOME faucet he brought back like he read my mind. He installed it and looks amazing and works great. Patrick did a great installation and this is the second time I have used them and in both occasions Overland Plumbing has gone above and beyond with quality of work and GREAT PRICE. You guys are certainly the best.Don
