I had an unusual request--I perform maintenance on my drains yearly, so I don't have emergency stoppages and was looking for someone who would not charge me "emergency prices". John, owner of Rooter Shield, was the man. He set up in 6 different Clean-outs and ran his snake through them & was done in 1.5 hours.

John was great in helping with our water heater. He responded quickly on a holiday weekend when our water heater went out. He diagnosed the problem and we had to get a replacement unit. He was able to get a new unit installed the same day and we had hot water running again by the end of the night!
