Ben installed roller shades for me. I had tried to do it myself but of course failed miserably. Ben installed the remaining shades perfectly and did his best to rectify the mistake I made on the one I installed, (and he did make it much more operable considering I damaged the return spring). I will order another spring from the shade store and, if possible, have Ben install the new spring when it arrives. 5 Stars for his effort; 5 stars for his expertise and 5 stars for his honesty and dignity! You won't regret bringing Ben over to perform your needed task. Thanks Ben!
