My review is a bit different than regular reviews that talk about work being done. Miguel replied to my late posting and was spending time with me (after regular business hours) to work to try to understand the issue I had with my AC. We scheduled his visit for the next day in the early afternoon. He then called me in the morning to notify me about his updated availability. I told him that somebody else was already on the way. To my surprise, Miguel continued texting me and giving me free advice. He was making sure I was taken care of, especially when we have this heatwave in LA. Essentially, Miguel was my 'second opinion', and frankly, he was making sure all will be fixed and done today. He kind of guided me on what to ask and what was good for my AC system. This kind of service and attitude towards a customer is something I haven't seen in a long time. I am keeping his phone number close. I am happy with the work the other contractor did for me, but Miguel shows true compassion and his goal is to help. I recommend Miguel because I am sure he would do anything in his power and abilities to solve your AC/HVAC problem. Thank you, Miguel.

Martin and the Air Tech team replaced the HVAC system in my home. During the initial consult, they found other potentially serious issues that were not relayed by the original inspector that could have further damaged the systems and were driving up energy costs.
