- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer transparent, flat-rate pricing with no surprise fees. We consult on pricing and repair options with you before any work begins, nothing gets touched without your approval. If you approve the repair, the service call fee is waived. Maintenance agreements are available to save you money long-term, and we never upsell services you don’t need. Ask about multi-unit discounts for properties with more than one system.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick phone or text consultation to understand your issue, then schedule a visit that fits your schedule best, often same day or next day. On-site, we diagnose the system and walk you through our findings thoroughly with a verbal report, or written if requested, so you can evaluate your repair options before we touch anything. Once approved, we complete the work cleanly and follow up to make sure everything’s running right.
