My furnace broke during a cold snap and my place was freezing with little ones. The other contractor quote an amount that didn’t fit my budget, but then I spoke with Sean from UltraCool and he can right over to assess, sans service fee, and offered up solutions that were 50% less than other guy. He even advocated on my behalf when vendor with repair part lied about the part. This effort meant a lot. His diligence and follow up exceeded my expectations.

Our pricing is based off a price-book. Every customer gets the same pricing wether you are a master negotiator or not. Some prices can be more affordable if payed with cash/check and if flexible for installs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process starts out with an in person assessment and estimation process. We then send our customers over an email quote and allow them to discuss their decisions via follow up with us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the field for 6+ Years on this trade. It is a family owned business with my father now being a contractor for 25+ years.
