- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cakes start at $7 per person plus delivery. Meals run $50-150 per person plus travel if outside the San Fernando Valley.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started baking when I was three. I went to culinary school 10 years ago and opened my business in 2013.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Many brides! I also provide desserts for other caterers and restaurants, as well as corporations, nonprofits, universities and schools. My private chef work focuses on small parties - 2 to 20. I bring everything when required, including china and table decor.
