- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't write by the word or by the hour, so there is no golden formula for pricing. I usually try and find out what the budget is and do my best to work within it. If it's longer form work, however, it will take longer and usually cost more but that doesn't mean that short form copy writing costs less or takes less time. Confused? GOOD!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For what I do, writing and reading every day is the best education. There are writers out there who blow me away with their styles and confluence of words so I do my best to try and keep up with them.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always wanted to do something that came naturally to me and writing is that thing.
