Kendra ROCKS! I was in need for a quick teach for my sons commercial he booked and needed a dance routine to be perfected within a few days! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After discussing your goals and needs, I curate a unique process that I believe will work best for you to achieve them. We focus on drills and movements to enhance skills. During each lesson I intently assess how to better achieve goals using imagery, physical demonstration, overall guidance that will translate best to you and your body.
