FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $45 per dog, per structured pack walk. This includes pick-up, transportation, a 1-hour exercise walk with a curated group of dogs, and drop-off - plus photo updates from the walk. 🐕 Most dogs attend 2 days per week for consistency, but we can discuss additional days if space allows. We also offer discounts for multiple dogs in the same household and referral rewards for clients who introduce new pack members. No surprise fees - just structured exercise, socialization, and a tired, happy dog.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free in-person consultation to meet you and your dog, learn about their personality, and assess whether they’re a good fit for our structured pack walks. This helps us place them with the right group based on energy level, temperament, and walking style. If it’s a good match, we help you set up your client profile and schedule, then add your dog to a consistent weekly pack. On their first walk, we focus on helping them settle in and get comfortable with the group. From there, they join regular structured pack walks that provide exercise, socialization, and routine. We also send photo updates after walks so you can see your dog enjoying the pack.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Pet First Aid and CPR certified through the American Red Cross, and I have hands-on training in structured pack walking and group dog handling. My experience includes safely managing multiple dogs at once, carefully curating packs based on temperament and energy level, and using structured walking techniques that promote calm behavior and safe socialization. In addition to formal certification, I work with dogs daily and prioritize safety practices such as secure leash handling, proper introductions, and ongoing observation of group dynamics. My focus is on providing structured exercise, enrichment, and a safe, controlled pack environment for every dog.
