RP Quality construction was the best find on this app. He’s super knowledgeable, prompt and easy to work with. I highly recommend him for any projects other people need help with. I needed help with varies dry wall patches of all sizes, he was able to install switches and recessed LED lights and install new flooring, molding and paint my living room, hallway and 2 bed rooms. Please see photos, rooms were trashed and he was able to make the spaces livable again and comfortable.
Ricardo did an amazing job on repairing our kitchen ceiling — it was cracked and bowing. He came in and cut out the damaged area, replaced it seamlessly and painted the entire ceiling — it looks so good! He was very efficient with his time, he did things within a few days. He was very personable and respectful, he was honest about cost and just all around very professional. He returned and did a second project with us to fix the woodwork and framing on a roof gable, again very professional job, efficient on time, and respectful. Thank you, Ricardo!

Ricardo initially came to give a bid on a simple tiling job for a new laundry closet. I went with him and asked if he could do some additional drywall repairs. He actually did a better job than the guys I was working with that specialized in drywall! From there, he told me about his background in construction and we found our go to guy for projects in our new home in Pasadena. Ricardo is very knowledgeable and always on time! We are so happy we found him and look forward to working with him long term on home projects. (He came for another bid today and helped us actually install the laundry machine while he was here.)

I usually give a price on a job is seen. That way it is accurate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I first meet my customers I like to introduce myself and then jump right into evaluating the project. From there I will go over all the details of the job. I do all that I can to explain how everything works and the time the work will take.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the construction industry for 17 years and have been doing it myself licensed for the last 6 years.
