- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually give a price on a job is seen. That way it is accurate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I first meet my customers I like to introduce myself and then jump right into evaluating the project. From there I will go over all the details of the job. I do all that I can to explain how everything works and the time the work will take.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the construction industry for 17 years and have been doing it myself licensed for the last 6 years.
