He came the same day in the evening to fix a leaky PEX pipe behind our toilet. Was helpful with other stuff as well. Other plumbers might have demanded the toilet be removed in order to fix the pipe, it was a very tight squeeze but he made it work which made the whole job simpler and the solution worked, no issues since.
