This was my first thumbtack experience. If they are all like this - they’re gold. He was 30 mins early, sent me videos and pictures of the work being done and explained everything that was happening with the drains. He also sent me pictures after the work was completed. He left it in pristine condition. I would absolutely call on Ervin again. Don’t hesitate.
