Edgar was great!!!

My treadmill was making very strange grinding sounds off and on for a few weeks. It had recently gotten worse when “weighted”, so I hadn’t used it for about 6 days. Of course, as soon as Edgar arrived, it decided to behave and would not make the sound it had been making for weeks no matter what we did…Unbelievable…I was glad that he inspected the inside anyway, and told me what was likely the cause. I appreciated the fact that he told me he really needed to hear it though, in order to make a definite diagnosis.

I will DEFINITELY call him the next time it decides to behave badly. I’m so glad I chose All Gym Supply. I totally trust Edgar. He was on time, friendly, and courteous. Thank you so much!
