From the moment I first reached out, the level of communication and professionalism was top-notch. Edgar was proactive, clear about his timeline, and was on time. He also was fast, professional, and refreshingly honest. He easily could have exaggerated what needed fixing. Instead, he diagnosed the actual issue, fixed it quickly, and got my treadmill running perfectly. It is rare to find someone with this level of skill and true integrity. I’ll definitely go back to All Gym Supply for maintenance and help in the future! Highly recommended!
