I scheduled an appointment with this company, which confirmed for the next day via a "virtual assistant". I then got a series of conflicting robo-calls and texts from Kahn, first confirming the time and day, then changing it, each one asking me repeatedly for the same information, and then, in a phone call, seeming with a human, re-confirming the appointment as originally confirmed. Finally, done! Except that I then got a phone call from a different company, Pernell telling me that they were taking over all appointments from Kahn and that they had no appointments for me on the scheduled day. I feel this was wholly disorganized and unprofessional and wonder why anyone would let either company work on their expensive HVAC equipment.
