I've had PrimePro Clean come to clean my carpets twice and both times been very pleased. My first trip was to clean my entire installed carpet. The rotary nozzle makes a difference. I have an off-white carpet and had some worn in stained areas. PrimePro Clean's method removed old, worn in stains that the other companies said would never come out. It's been two months and I'm pleased at how my carpet looks.
My most recent visit was for an area rug. Again terrific job cleaning and no mess after it was done or standing water.
I've used many companies of the years and mostly the "yellow" company. with a better quality product and at a better rate I will not be going back to those other companies.

We were in need of a freshens up of our carpet and I decided to get some quotes.
PrimePro Clean was really responsive and good to work with and in terms of pricing they were right in the middle and offered the right services we needed.
I had 2 sofas cleaned + pillows , 3 bedrooms (including a master) , a downstairs area , and our stairs. I was able to book an appointment that met my convenient time. I will note they ran an hour late from our original appointment time but gave me plenty of time (the day before) to confirm this change. So wasn't an issue.
They were very professional and 2 people came out to clean the carpet with their van and equipment. They will also help to move around heavier furniture so that they can clean all spots of the carpet.
Payment is really convenient as they take multiple ways to pay, including invoicing for credit card payment.
Really glad we went with them as our house feels much cleaner. The job took about an hour and a half so pretty quick compared to vendors I've used in the past at a different property.
I would highly recommend this local business for your carpet care needs.

PrimePro Clean did an amazing job. I was able to contact them and was booked for the next day. I hadn't had my carpets cleaned in about two years, so it was definitely overdue. They were able to complete all four rooms in about 90 minutes, and they were super kind and professional.
I have pets and kids, so the carpets get dirty pretty quickly. I'm happy to have found a carpet cleaning crew I trust and will definitely have them over again next time.
