I can't express how thankful I am for Ornelas Towing & Repair. My mom was stuck on the side of the road late at night with the car not starting, feeling pretty stressed out. A mutual friend had mentioned them to me before, so I gave them a call. I'm so glad I did.Despite it being late, their response was quick, and they got to me faster than I expected. The driver was incredibly friendly and professional, which immediately put me at ease. He handled everything efficiently and even checked to make sure we were good while we waited for the tow.What really impressed me was how genuine and caring they were.
